Never been to a dealer where you explain to a salesman who was Elieser and to Joshua from financing your goal and they meet your goal. Very professional dealership and also you go in and you go out. I applaud the dealership for keeping up with their professionalism and dedication to the customer.

Estoy decepcionado fui hacer el cambio de aceite y no me le pusieron ninguno de los líquidos q lleva el carro y los necesitaba..no revisaron q estaba sin el líquido del motor .llame para pedirle una explicación y no me quisieron atender .ni el manager ni el q me recibió el carro en el anterior servicio les pedí estimado para cambiar las 4 gomas y se lo pedí 3 veces y no me lo dieron . Tengo dos carros sacados en este doler y les hago el servicio con ellos .ya estoy teniendo muchos problemas ahí no los recomiendo para nada muy mala comunicación y muy mal servicio

We are not satisfied with the service provided during the week of July 14th. We took our 2024 Buick Envista for service due to a noise while the car was at a stop and for an oil change/tire rotation. We took the car in on Tuesday, July 15 at 7:15 am for which we had set an appointment. The car was promised to be done within a maximum 2 days and updates on the status of the service or lack of there of would be provided to us. Although we understand that service is not an exact time, we are disappointed with the fact not only it took 4 days, but there were no updates on the status of the car. We had to contantly call for which we did not not get the call back in 2 of the phone messages we left. On that Friday, we had to push very hard to get the car back since I had been paying for UBERS to get work the entire week. When we got to the dealer the car was not even ready. We still had to wait an additional 30 minutes because it was then that the oil change/tire rotation were being completed.

Arrived at 0745 for 0800 appointment, was met by an advisor who took all my info and said I would be notified when truck was done. Went to get breakfast and by the time I got back my truck was done and washed, left dealer 0930. Thank you guys for a quick turn around.

Fui con ustedes por la cercanía de donde vivo y por malas experiencias previas en otros dealers. Lamentablemente, esta ha sido la peor. Entregué mi vehículo un martes y recién el jueves enviaron la información a mi garantía extendida. Debido a que hubo un fin de semana de por medio, me dijeron que el lunes estaría listo, lo cual no ocurrió. Luego me indicaron que posiblemente entre martes y miércoles, pero nuevamente no cumplieron. Durante todo ese tiempo no recibí ni una sola llamada para informarme del estado del vehículo. Si uno mismo no llama y presiona, simplemente no te dan respuesta. Tampoco ofrecen vehículo de cortesía para esos días, lo cual agrava aún más la situación, especialmente para quienes dependemos de nuestro auto a diario. Lo más contradictorio es que si uno entra a su página web y muestra interés por comprar un vehículo, inmediatamente comienzan a llamarte una y otra vez, preocupándose por ti. Pero cuando ya eres cliente y necesitas servicio, simplemente desaparecen. Sinceramente, no pienso volver a llevar mi carro con ustedes ni recomendar su servicio. La experiencia fue decepcionante y poco profesional

I got there early and they opened exactly at 7am. I asked Victor for what I wanted, oil change, a ride to work, etc. my car was fine and he would Check on the car Monday for the air conditioning issue

Very good service for the oil and diesel filter change of my 2500 Denali ultimate but I called a couple of days later because after the service the fuel gauge is stuck in “full tank”. The lady at the phone told me that I will have to wait for a long list to drop the car and get a loaner. Even when the problem presented immediately after the service. I think the company should give priority to a situation like this. I will probably go to Williamson to address the issue after that response.

Every time that I need service, there’s never an appointment available even for for recall matter and I made an appointment for an oil change. I arrived at 10:30 AM and left your facility at 2 PM. That is totally unacceptable. Also, every time that I go, they change all the features on my car and there’s no reason why they should do that even the radio station the air conditioner, climate everything is changed. Also, they never have a loaner available to give me an exchange while they’re working in my car.

At first, I was greeted by a rude none knowing sales person who seems he didn’t want to help because I had a different brand of vehicle. We hallcame back because Jorge finance manager, called us to come back to earn the business. I was a little skeptical about going back after getting a brushed off, but he got me in contact with another sales associate Christian, whom together with Jorge, made the impossible possible to get rid of a nightmare. After the approval again skeptical about the payments and the negative I had on that nightmare.
