We did not have an appointment and just showed up because our air conditioner in our Buick Enclave let us down with only 2500 m on the odo. After we explained we were travelling Benny Perera and his team went the extra the mile to make it possible that the car was checked and the leaking evaporator was changed on the spot. Not an easy job to fit into a full schedule. All the time we were waiting in the well equipped customer lounge for a few hours Benny let us know what was going on. We left happy without paying a dime but with a working air conditioner. All was done in a very friendly and welcoming manner. We felt like royalty. That is what we call excellent service.
