I have owned my Enclave for about four years at this point. Honestly I haven't had a reason to go anywhere else for the maintenance and they have my car running like a champ. Easy to set up an appointment, comfortable lounge area, friendly and helpful staff all with a free cup of coffee in the lounge. Don't know if another Buick is in my future but I will come back here if it is!

My experience at Lorenzo Buick was great. I originally wanted to purchase a Ford Explorer but the salesman made me feel so comfortable by showing me every feature of the Buick with no pressure to buy that I decided to change my mind and ended up loving my Enclave.
